At present, microelectronic packaging and printed electrodes are developing in the direction of "less silver, no silver", and micron-grade copper powder has gradually become the main conductive phase due to its cost and conductive advantages. However, copper powder is inherently easy to oxidize and has poor corrosion resistance, which restricts the long-term operational stability of the device. As a coating layer, graphene can maintain copper's excellent electrical and thermal conductivity while improving its resistance to oxidation and corrosion. However, how to achieve uniform coating of graphene on the surface of micron-scale copper powder and effectively solve the sintering inhibition caused by the graphene passivation layer during electrode molding is still a technical problem that needs to be solved urgently.
