The Supervisory Board and the Executive Board are pleased with the appointment of Annette Mosman and the extensive management experience she brings. Within the Supervisory Board, Mosman will serve as chair of the Audit Committee. The Supervisory Board and the Executive Board also thank her predecessor, Mohcine Ouass, for his constructive contributions and keen observations over the past four years.
Mosman (1967) is chair of the Executive Board of pension fund manager APG, a position she has held since 2021. Prior to that, she was a member of the Executive Board and Chief Financial & Risk Officer within APG. Earlier, she was CEO and CFRO of Generali Netherlands. Throughout her career, she has gained extensive experience in the fields of management, finance, risk management, IT and corporate governance.
In addition, Mosman has extensive experience as a supervisor and director. For instance, she is a member of the Supervisory Board of Netspar – a knowledge network at the intersection of science, pensions and insurance – and of the Supervisory Board of AI coalition AIC4NL. Previously, she served as a Supervisory Board member of the Jeroen Bosch Hospital and KWF Cancer Foundation, a board member and treasurer of NOC*NSF, and a member and vice-chair of the Supervisory Board of Ajax, among others.
Mosman studied Business Economics and completed the postgraduate accounting programme to become a Registered Accountant at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. She also participated in the New Board Programme at Nyenrode Business University, focused on effective governance and supervision. In 2022, Annette Mosman was elected 'Topvrouw van het Jaar'.
